What I Collect
If you reach out through the contact form on this site, I collect only what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and whatever message you send me. I don’t collect information automatically for advertising or analytics purposes.
How I Use It
I use your information for one purpose: to respond to you and, if we begin working together, to communicate about our coaching or spiritual direction relationship. That’s it.
What I Don’t Do
- I don’t share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties, advertisers, or marketing companies.
- I don’t use tracking cookies or analytics tools to monitor your visit to this site.
- I don’t add you to any mailing list or newsletter unless you specifically ask to be added.
Cookies
This site may use a small number of essential cookies needed for basic site functionality (for example, to remember your cookie preference). These are not used to track you across other websites or to build a profile of your browsing activity.
How Long I Keep Information
I keep the information you share with me only as long as needed to respond to you or to maintain our working relationship, and I delete it when it’s no longer needed — unless I’m required by law to keep it longer.

You’re always welcome to ask me what information I have on file for you, request a correction, or ask me to delete it. Just reach out through my contact form and I’ll take care of it.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed toward children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If I ever update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of this page. I’ll never make changes that make your information less protected than it is today.
