My vision springs from a deep conviction, that in this hurried world we would slow to be more present to one another in gracious spaces, hearing, honoring, and celebrating the unique voices and stories God longs to stir and unfold. Together, we can creatively collaborate as influencers and deep pray-ers, listening to his invitations to engage in our communities through our gifts, time, and influence.
Walking the Journey
I’m in a delightfully rich season of life, embracing the joy of family—sharing life with Tom, my husband, celebrating our two adult children and their spouses, and delighting in our five grandchildren. Several years ago, Tom and I transitioned from our many years serving at a residential ministry for at-risk youth, in northern California, where we found profound fulfillment in coming alongside young people who were struggling and in opening our home as a quiet getaway for ministry interns.
This season has also brought its deepening moments. Walking through a cancer-fighting, trust-journey ten+ years ago taught me firsthand about embracing vulnerability, finding strength in community, and discovering fresh courage in unexpected places.
As my energy returned, I witnessed former dreams become reality through establishing an organization for women with my daughter, while at the same time space opened again for writing, creating art, and fostering meaningful connections.
Today, Tom and I are settling into a new community, discovering the gift of fresh beginnings. This transition has been both challenging and rich—a living reminder of what I share with my clients about embracing the exploration process. Through the questions, the uncertainty, and yes, the grace-filled discoveries, I’ve experienced firsthand how God weaves purpose through seasons of change. As new connections unfold and creative possibilities emerge, I find myself deeply grateful for this space to accompany others who are navigating their own transitions, seeking their voice, and longing to live more fully into their story.

My path into coaching and spiritual direction has been shaped by both formal training and lived experience:

– Master’s studies at Western Seminary with emphasis in ministry and leadership development
– Over 25 years of professional writing and mentoring experience; publishing credits and awards including ECPA Gold Medallion Finalist and Reader’s Choice Awards
– Professional Speaker and Retreat Facilitator
This path also includes specific rigorous training and certifications in transformational coaching, conversational intelligence, narrative coaching, burnout coaching, and navigating transitions.
